Belle Comfort Solutions Warranty

All products supplied by Belle Comfort Solutions Ltd are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of purchase (or date of commissioning up to a maximum of 6 months from date of shipment), when properly installed by and maintained in accordance with the Manufacturer’s installation and maintenance instructions and appropriate building codes, under standard operating conditions for which the product is designed, for a period of five (5) years (unless otherwise stated for a particular product or range of products where the original manufacturer’s warranty will apply)  Normal wear and tear and normal maintenance products excluded.

The goods are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects and this limited warranty rests with the householder. Parts that are proved to be defective or fail as a result of the manufacturing process will be replaced by Belle Comfort free of charge.

It does not extend to any other loss or damage including consequential loss or damage, direct or indirect.

Costs for labour and travel to replace faulty items will be at the rates as agreed with Belle Comfort.

For products to be valid for the warranty, they need to have had annual service/maintenance checks by an authorised service technician. This is the customers responsibility to arrange & adhere to.

• Fill in the claim form.  No loss or failure will be covered by this warranty unless that procedure is followed.
• Warranty is subject to proof of Annual Servicing & Maintenance of the Heating System by a qualified service person. Proof of inhibitor levels checked and recorded is an essential part of this service.
• Failure to Service the Heat Source and lack of Inhibitor water treatment will void any warranty.
• The warranty does not cover any faults caused by incorrect installation, accidental damage, electrical surge, lightning strike, or any other forms of misuse, or subsequent damage that may occur.
• *Any radiators installed in high-humidity areas (such as bathrooms etc.) are subjected to a 12-month Warranty only. A lifetime functional warranty does not include paintwork
