The Sime Home unit communicates with your broiler to ensure the radiators are kept at the correct temperature for the most efficient heating. For example, if you require 21degC in a room, and the actual temperature is 18 degrees, the boiler will provide water at around 40-50degC. However, if the actual temperature is 5degC, the boiler will provide water at 75-80degC, to ensure the room reaches a comfortable temperature in the quickest possible time.
